Massage Therapy
Monica, co-owner of Deep, has been massaging professionally since 2003. Her approach is best described as working with you. Where some styles of massage use force to affect the tissues, Monica’s style is more akin to myofascial release, which is to say she uses points and pressures to invite the body to let go. She also blends in cupping and stones when she feels called to, and has CBD massage balm available for a small upcharge.
